Tuesday 23 April at 11.30am with Chris at the Chiswick Town Hall. Contact Hounslow Seniors Trust.
Tuesday 9 April at 2.15pm with Chris and Kristin and helpers at the Chiswick Catholic Centre. Book in with is please or add name to the sign up sheet when you reive the email on Friday.
Thursday 18 April online via Zoom with Beatrice and Donna at 11.30am – no booking needed, just ask us for log in details if you do not have them.
Thursday 18 April at 3.15pm with Chris at St Mary’s Osterley. Contact the parish admin.
Thursday 18 April with Chris at Integrated Neurological Services in Twickenham. Contact Penny Cooke or Sarah Vines at INS at 10.30am- series of 8 classes.
Saturday 13 Apr at 1.45pm with Beatrice and assistants at the hall at St Peter’s Church Southfield Road, W4 1BB- E3 bus stops out front. This class will also be livestreamed.- must book your place with us please, or add your name when the email is sent to you on Weds. The link to livestream is also in the email. The online class is continuing on every other Thursday mornings of the term and can be followed from home via zoom.
One NEW CLASS at the Isleworth Public Hall with our lovely new teacher Kristin Leal has been very successful and is continuing over the summer!

Move into Wellbeing is also offering three weekly sessions in the LB of Hounslow specifically for the residents over 60 who reside in the sheltered accommodation schemes and their carers. Our newest class is for INS and will be held at the Age UK Centre in Feltham.
